Preparation


  • 3 Tbsp Spinach Dip Mix
  • 1 C light sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 C light mayonnaise
  • 10 oz pkg frozen spinach thawed, chopped and drained
  1. Combine ingredients and let stand for 1/2 hour before serving.
  2. Tip: For a hot dip: add 1/2 C (125 ml) grated cheese and heat until bubbling.
